If you are someone who is experiencing kidney disease, or someone looking to create a healthy and happy lifestyle you have landed at the right place. Below you can find the ways that I can help guide you along your journey to changing your daily habits that contribute to that happy healthy lifestyle.

Can I use my medical insurance for coaching?

At this time I take Medicare insurance. There is no copay for services. If you would like to use your commercial insurance, I am able to supply you with a superbill for reimbursement.

What to expect during a Discovery Call?

All services are provided via a HIPPA compliant telehealth (video) service. We will review your insurance benefits, your personal kidney goals and discuss service options. Nutrition counseling will not be completed during the Discovery Call. If planning on using insurance to pay for services please fill out insurance information 4 days prior to the call.

How many times do we work together?

During the Discovery Call, we will review your insurance benefits and needs. We work together to determine the number of times we work together.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48-hour notice before canceling your appointment. If the cancelation occurs in less than 48 hours the credit card on file will be charged 50 dollar fee for services.

What if my insurance does not cover your services?

That is no problem. Payment is due at the time of service. I can provide you with a superbill so that you may choose to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.

How do we work together?

All services are providing virtually, over my HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. When appointments are confirmed, a link with a code will be sent. At the appointment time, click the link and enter the code. You will be connected with me over video.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Yes, a doctor’s referral is needed to bill your insurance. You do not need the referral before booking a Discovery Call. We can review referral procedures during the call.
